How To Drink
Please read before consumption.
- Do not mix with milk, drinks or boiled water.
- Drink the mixed solution within 10 min.
- For optimal results, take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating.
- Take over the course of at least 3-6 months to experience the benefits.

Store Recommendation
- To maintain maximum potency, store tightly closed in a cool,dry, dark place.
- Store below 55˚C (131˚F).
- To minimize contact with air, do not leave the bottle open.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not refrigerate.
