Ultrasonography showed a rotator cuff tear.
5 years ago, from one day, my shoulder hurts and I felt pain every time I lifted my arm. The symptoms got worse and worse, to the point where I couldn’t even lift a spoon.

I’ve been suffering from insomnia since several years ago, and it was very difficult because I couldn’t sleep after sleeping for 2-3 hours a day.
